ELLIS FAAS HOT LIPS AND CREAMY LIPS

Oh Ellis Faas you make me so very happy! 

When I first saw Ellis Faas products online I wanted them so bad. I have to admit at first it was the beautiful packaging I fell in love with. I of course didn't order anything because I had never seen it in person and I had to swatch before I committed although the swatches I saw online were very convincing I just couldn't take the plunge. I'm so glad I waited and didn't order anything because  they were at The Makeup Show this year and I got to see everything with my own eyes and swatch everything.

I wanted to bring everything home of course. I wanted to say one of each please haha. I ended up purchasing a few things not too much and not as much as I thought I was going to get. 

I bought 3 lip products, 1 blush, and 1 foundation. I'll do a separate post for the blush and foundation. 

I got 2 Hot Lips and 1 creamy lips. I love both types of products and the colors are amazing. They have the most prettiest colors. I wanted them all!!! 

Unfortunately none of the Sephoras around me carry Ellis Faas, but you can find some stuff on the website. They don't carry everything. I don't see the Hot Lips, but I do see the creamy lips.

REVLON SUPER LUSTROUS THE LEGACY COLLECTION

Revlon recently came out with a new super lustrous lipstick collection. The Legacy Collection which consists of 5 iconic lipsticks from past decades. I only own 4 of the lipsticks. When I first swatched them I was in love with all 4, but once I applied them to my lips I have to say I was more in love with 2 of the 4 shades which are Jungle Peach & Snow Peach. The other 2 shades are quite nice I like them, but I don't see myself wearing them as often as the other 2 mentioned. Fifth ave red is a very nice red, but I do think I own nicer red shades than that & Icy Violet swatches a lot nicer on my arm than on the lips. I thought it was going to be definitely one of favorites, but on my lips it looks frosty. I think you guys should definitely check this collection out. They're all very pigmented and apply very nicely and evenly on the lips. I got my lipsticks from CVS. This collection is limited edition.

Gorgeous cosmetics

I finally made a gorgeous cosmetics purchase. I had seen this makeup line on Nordstrom.com and I also saw it at IMATS back in 2013. I've been very tempted to try it out and I finally get to. This lipstick in the color Quinn was the first one I swatched and I loved it. Now that spring is almost here it's perfect. I'm in love with oranges and corals those have to be my favorite makeup colors. Mmmm ok maybe not my favorite, but one of my favorites I also love purples and can't forget about my blues for the eyes (haha ok I love all the colors). Here is a swatch of this beautiful lipstick. Will post swatches of the other things I got in another post.
