KATE SPADE SUPERCALIFRAGILIPSTICK

Today I'm wearing my Kate Spade lipstick for the first time even though I bought it a couple of months ago (story of my life...like of a makeup junkie). It's a really pretty pink color.

So for those of you who don't know Kate Spade has a lipstick line. They're available on the Kate Spade website and on the Nordstrom website. The difference is that Nordstrom carries 8 shades and the Kate Spade website only carries 4. 

I really like this lipstick it feels very nice on the lips and the packaging is beautiful. It opens like the Chanel Rouge Allure lipsticks where you push the bottom of the lipstick in and then it pops out. It's quite nice.

ELLIS FAAS HOT LIPS AND CREAMY LIPS

Oh Ellis Faas you make me so very happy! 

When I first saw Ellis Faas products online I wanted them so bad. I have to admit at first it was the beautiful packaging I fell in love with. I of course didn't order anything because I had never seen it in person and I had to swatch before I committed although the swatches I saw online were very convincing I just couldn't take the plunge. I'm so glad I waited and didn't order anything because  they were at The Makeup Show this year and I got to see everything with my own eyes and swatch everything.

I wanted to bring everything home of course. I wanted to say one of each please haha. I ended up purchasing a few things not too much and not as much as I thought I was going to get. 

I bought 3 lip products, 1 blush, and 1 foundation. I'll do a separate post for the blush and foundation. 

I got 2 Hot Lips and 1 creamy lips. I love both types of products and the colors are amazing. They have the most prettiest colors. I wanted them all!!! 

Unfortunately none of the Sephoras around me carry Ellis Faas, but you can find some stuff on the website. They don't carry everything. I don't see the Hot Lips, but I do see the creamy lips.

IPSY MARCH GLAM BAG

I loved my IPSY glam bag this month. This is probably the second bag I have loved the other ones I've received have been ok. All the stuff in this bag I know I'll use for sure. 

IPSY is a monthly subscription service which you pay $10.00 a month and you receive a bag with 4 or 5 beauty items. Some are sample size and some are full size.

March IPSY glam bag items

This lotion smells so good. I love stuff that smells like coconut. This lotion is a deluxe sample size. It's 2.5 oz and in their website the full size is 8 oz and it retails for $15.00. I've seen the Pacifica brand at Sephora before. Not sure if they still carry it. 

The next item I received is a very cute sample size Bare Minerals marvelous moxie lipstick. I love tiny lipsticks. The color is Get Ready. I love Bare Minerals I don't think I've ever tried something I didn't like. 

I've received quite a few Be A Bombshell products. I was so excited to receive this eyeshadow quad. The colors are perfect for summer. The quad is called Bora Bora. These retail for $16.00. 

The last item I received is an eyeliner. It looks like it's full size. It's by a brand called Chella. The color is Indigo Blue and it's so pretty. I love it. This eyeliner retails for $24.00. 

Overall I'm very pleased with this bag. Another good thing about IPSY is that they give you discount codes for the brands you receive in your bag each month. 

NARS MATTE MULTIPLE

Nars just came out with new matte multiples. I had never tried their original line of multiples, but as soon as I saw swatches of the new line I knew I had to have at least a couple. They're all very pretty, but there's 2 that sold me right away. There's a total of 7 shades: 

Anguilla ( ginger pink)

Exumas ( pink apricot) 

Siam (poppy red) 

Laos (rose coral)

Altai (rose bronze)

Vientiane (copper bronze) 

Cappadoce (golden bronze)

I own Cappadoce which I got to contour and I also own Siam. I saw a tutorial of Siam on the lips by Nars and it looked beautiful. 

LANCOME LIP LOVER

A couple of months ago I saw an ad for the new lancome lip lovers. I jumped with joy as soon as I saw it ok not really, but almost did. Why was I so excited you ask? Well I was under the impression the lip lover was going to be a liquid lipstick. Liquid lipsticks are my favorite type of lip products. Well the lip lovers are finally out and I received a sample from Sephora and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I don't think it's a liquid lipstick at all. It's a nice product, but I think it's more of a gloss. It's very pigmented and it's a nice product, but I was expecting something else.

KAT VON D ESPERANZA PALETTE

An eyeshadow palette is the only thing I was missing from the Kat Von D line. I own other stuff from her line, but had never owned any eyeshadows. Her stuff is pretty amazing. I love her foundation and eyeliner. Those 2 are my favorite things. I love her packaging and this palette is no exception. 

The packaging on Esperanza palette is very pretty. This palette is part of her spring 2014 collection and it's limited edition. 

Her makeup line is exclusive to Sephora.

URBAN DECAY ELECTRIC PALETTE

The new Urban Decay electric palette will make its debut on the 18th of this month. (Sigh) I'm totally in love with it. It's one of the best palettes I've seen. The colors are gorgeous and based on swatches I've seen looks so pigmented. It's just perfect!

I'm still debating on whether I should get it or not. As much as I love it I don't know if I would wear it as often. I love the bright colors, but I always wear my neutral palettes a lot more than my colored shadows. Then again spring is among us and summer will be here in no time and this palette is going to be absolutely perfect.
